Forklift Seat Belt - Described in the Regulation guidelines are the application of operative restraints and seatbelts on lift trucks. A driver restraint device, system, or enclosure is designed to assist the driver in lowering the possibility of entrapment of the torso and/or head between the truck and the ground in the event of a tip over. The restraint device or system might consist of a seat belt, while a seat belt is not necessarily a part of such equipment or system.
